Refund Policy
A refund is the actual reimbursement of a Customer’s Product cost, regardless of the cause for the reimbursement (“Refund”). THINKGOODS LLC performs the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer’s Card or account at the Card issuing bank and crediting the appropriate amount to the Customer’s Card or account at the Card issuing bank.
THINKGOODS LLC will only provide a refund if the given service does not meet the service/product standards and/or THINKGOODS LLC is unable to fix/repair any defect in the deliverable. At any time, the refund will not exceed the initial purchase amount. The service delivery of THINKGOODS LLC is dependent on the team bandwidth and may exceed the stated delivery dates without notification; refunds will not be offered as long as the service was provided/delivered.
THINKGOODS LLC will only give a refund to the original financing source. For example, an order paid by credit card will get a refund to the account associated with the Card used to pay the transaction. A Refund will be provided to the original Stripe account for an order paid using Stripe. If the Stripe account is terminated, the Customer should contact THINKGOODS LLC for help.
